- Lead client projects, conducting in-depth analysis of current business operations, formulating precise requirements, and mapping customer journeys for optimal outcomes.
- Facilitate impactful workshops with a diverse group of stakeholders, ensuring collaborative problem-solving and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with experiment designers to enhance customer experiences through digital experimentation, leveraging innovative solutions.
- Secure long-term commitment from key stakeholders in strategic and tactical projects, ensuring sustained success.
- You manage and grow our client accounts; you build further on our team's accomplishments and consistently try to identify opportunities to add value for our clients.
- You take on the role as coach and are keen to actively help your colleagues become a better consultant.
