Your Typical Day at Seven Beaufort ⛵
Your day starts with a cup of coffee, tea, or your beverage of choice as you take in the view of the office. Your main responsibilities are to support our management team with Operations, People and office duties. From assisting with payroll to supporting the organization of team activities and coordinating recruitment efforts, your role is pretty diverse and dynamic.
You'll assist in onboarding new team members, manage our HR system and remuneration records, and ensure that IT equipment is ordered for our new hires.
When it comes to our fleet, you'll manage our vehicle-related matters, handling everything from rental cars to fuel cards and ordering new vehicles as needed. You’ll also run support operations for our consultants such as ordering office supplies like print paper, markers, pens, cables, workshop materials, etc.
You’ll also get the opportunity to create small moments of joy & happiness for our team, because that’s what it’s all about – our people. You’re fully in charge of what those small moments of joy & happiness look like. A small token of appreciation on World Kindness Day? A surprise office quiz? A spontaneous after work event? Let your creativity go crazy.
You also ensure our office flora stays as happy as ever with regular watering, soooo you have to be a plant lover. 🪴💦❤️
Additional to these responsibilities, you'll be the first point of contact for our cleaning crew, making sure they keep the office shining bright (like RiRi would). You're also in charge of our "filled fridge policy", making sure our fridge is stocked up and everyone has their daily dose of energy.
Maintaining order and tidiness and ensuring our office remains a welcoming and organized space is also one of your tasks. This includes keeping our shelves & kitchen space tidy.
What We're Looking For

You're a team player who can handle a wide range of responsibilities, from office management to HR support, and you're not afraid to take the lead when necessary. You're practical and results-oriented, avoiding unnecessary jargon or buzzwords.

- A motivated and energetic people person, always down for a laugh
- Proven experience in office or operations management and HR support is a plus. A willingness to learn and grow in this role is a must.
- Ability to manage various office tasks, from organizing recruiting flows to ordering executing payroll.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of finance (payroll) and experience with legal aspects (contracts) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Dutch is a must, English is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- You’re available for 1-2,5 days per week (20%-50%), more can be discussed. Upscaling this is likely in the future.
