  • Lead client projects, conducting in-depth analysis of current business operations, formulating precise requirements, and mapping customer journeys for optimal outcomes.
  • Facilitate impactful workshops with a diverse group of stakeholders, ensuring collaborative problem-solving and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with experiment designers to enhance customer experiences through digital experimentation, leveraging innovative solutions.
  • Secure long-term commitment from key stakeholders in strategic and tactical projects, ensuring sustained success.
  • Manage and grow our client accounts; you build further on our team's accomplishments and consistently try to identify opportunities to add value for our clients.
  • Grow your leadership skills and learn how to coach the younger professionals at 7B.

  • Are you a team player who is proactive and goal-oriented? Do you enjoy getting shit done?
  • Are you a clear communicator, using buzzwords only when it's really necessary?
  • Are you skilled at identifying clients' challenges?
  • Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and a natural drive to improve and innovate?
  • Do you have a master's degree or at least 2 years of relevant (consulting) experience?
  • Are you fluent in English, Dutch, and/or French?
