As we reflect on the past year, the entire team at Seven Beaufort wants to thank you for the inspiring collaboration and the trust you've placed in us. It's been a pleasure working with you and your team, and we can't wait to continue our journey together in the year ahead!
We partnered with Nestlé Systems & Technology Centre to validate their new NDG healthy shot concept – enabling consumers to create healthy, fresh shots with a capsule-based system. Using AI interviews and conjoint analysis experiments across Brazil and Spain, we gained valuable insights into consumer preferences. This data confirmed the product’s strong market potential and is now guiding its NSTCs further development.
CPW (Cereal Partners Worldwide) aimed to create an indulgent, high protein cereal product to provide an answer to the growing demand for protein amongst youngsters. After a preliminary qualitative interview sprint by the CPW-team, it was time to validate the concept with hard data. By showing different, off-brand value propositions on META to over 350.000 different potential customers in France and Germany, we have managed to identify that there is a significant demand for a cereal that contains extra protein. Combining this with a double A-B-C-landing page set-up and a voluntary survey, we identified the optimal shape, protein claim and value proposition. Using this input, the CPW-team continues to develop the real MVP’s, and we are looking forward to trying out the protein cereal ourselves soon.
At Seven Beaufort, we thrive on shaking things up with a purpose. When Nestlé Youth Entrepreneurship Platform (YEP) approached us, their mission was clear: grow their platform’s community of young entrepreneurs. We tackled it head-on with an experimental Build-Measure-Learn approach, combining iterative tweaks, bold experiments, and innovative communication strategies.
The result? A bigger, more engaged user base and a platform that’s sharper at empowering entrepreneurial talent. Thanks to our work and Nestlé YEP’s vision, the platform is well on its way to becoming a true creator of tomorrow’s business leaders and entrepreneurs.
For Nestlé YEP, we also focused on refining personalized user journeys, enhancing the website’s user experience, and aligning the Academy’s offerings with user needs. We conducted two primary experiments, completed a comprehensive UX audit, and carried out a qualitative side experiment to better understand and improve the customer journey.
To bring Nestlé’s vision for YEP to life, we partnered with the YEP-team to create content for their blog that truly resonates with their audience. Through collaborative sessions, we pinpointed topics tailored to the needs of YEP’s three personas and built a strategic framework to guide the content.
What came out of this? 12 conversational and relatable blog articles designed to educate, inspire and motivate young entrepreneurs, while positioning YEP as their go-to platform.
At Seven Beaufort, we take pride in our co-creation approach, working alongside our clients as part of their project teams. We’re excited to continue this collaboration and look forward to another year of shared achievements.
