Supported initiatives to streamline operations, including automation and digitization projects for Heyo and critical healthcare applications like Zorgkas (eVSB). Collaborated with CM, Neutral, and Liberal healthcare funds to strengthen operational synergy.
Contributed to seamless technology migrations, such as Skype/Teams and Windows 11, by gathering business requirements, coordinating testing, and managing change efforts, ensuring minimal disruption and improved efficiency.

Research what solutions can Helan implement to combat loneliness among seniors aged 65 and older, such as a 'goeiemorgen service'
Testing if robot rental is a cost-effective solution to reduce customer waiting times for household assistance
Evaluate the demand for nanny services and determine pricing strategies
Exploration of remote care (focus on femtech) products and/or services for expectant and new mothers.

Enhancing Knowledge Management and Business Continuity

Designed and implemented robust documentation frameworks using LeanIX and Confluence for critical business applications, enabling structured knowledge management and improved usability for internal teams.
Provided first line support for the Helan ecosystem, including Huishoudhulp and Thuiszorg applications, ensuring smooth operations and business continuity.
Delivered clear, detailed documentation for Helan’s key business applications and collected HRIS tender requirements, supporting future-ready solutions for HR and enhancing overall operational readiness.
Coordinated change management efforts and testing processes for projects such as Windows 11 migration, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and minimal impact on business operations.
