Seven Beaufort consultants Olivier and Simon supported Eneco this year with building the new frontline customer portal MyEneco. By organizing co-creation workshops with all business stakeholders, conducting user tests, guiding UX/UI of the new screens, and refining business requirements we’re making sure the new MyEneco will improve the quality of customer’s interactions with Eneco, as well as reducing contacts and increasing self-service.

After defining the new vision, pitching the business case, and guiding development of the new Smart Rectification Form, Seven Beaufort consultant Olivier coordinated the go-live of the new MyEneco feature. The go-live was considered a success with positive feedback from the Billing Care team, indicating their average handling time for customer-initiated rectifications decreased significantly. Additionally, the smart form increased the number of self-service rectifications further decreasing costs for Eneco.

An-Katrien is coordinating the Atlas Business Transition for Atlas MarCom & Billing. She manages everything with regard to training and security, as well as many communications to business in order to be ready for Go Live in 2025. For the security scope, one of our Consultants, Simon is executing the analysis and mapping exercise.

Seven Beaufort consultant Simon supports Eneco's MarCom & Billing team as a security analyst during the implementation of the new MECOMS system. By aligning with diverse stakeholders to integrate FinOps and SAP knowledge, Simon ensures accurate role mapping for all employees, complete with correct access rights and restrictions. Through extensive role testing and refining sessions, the new security structure is taking shape, paving the way for a smoother transition. At Seven Beaufort, we look forward to further helping Eneco finalize the business transition and ensuring all employees can start the user acceptance testing in 2025 confidently in their newly defined MECOMS roles!
